At Reverwave, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If it's not quite right, we're here to help.

 

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Please return items in their original packaging where possible.
• Sale and final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

• Email us at contact@reverwave.com with your order number and the reason for return.
• We'll confirm and send you return instructions.
• Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free if the item arrived defective or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
